The most interesting, little known power pop composer/performer ever! Great music plus production, songwriting and performance by Dane Conover (Trees and Popgems) and Marisa Conover (Trees and Popgems). Give this show a listen and you will be hooked!
Doug Lynner’s World of Noise special show with Mark DeCerbo airs August 13, 2009 at 6pm and 9pm Pacific time (U.S.). It repeats at 6am Pacific time on August 16, 2009

Note: The deadline for submission is September 11th, 2009.
I am planning my first year anniversary episode of Doug Lynner’s World of Noise radio show and I need the help of bands, composers and performers whose music is influenced by ’80s synthpop music. I’m planning a radio show of recent music (last few years) influenced by ’80s synthpop. I will be accepting music only from the composers and/or performers of the songs.
If you are a fan of a song or group that you think would be perfect for my show, please let the composer or performer know about my show so they can contact me.
What I need for the show are the songs (MP3 files, 192 bit rate or higher), your explanation of how the music is influenced by ’80s synthpop, a brief bio and your contact information.
If you would like your music featured on Doug Lynner’s World of Noise, send inquiries, your song files and information to worldofnoise@flashbackalternatives.com . The show is preproduced and airs on October 8, 2009 so don’t wait too long before responding.
Doug Lynner’s World of Noise airs on Flashback Alternatives, an Internet radio station, on the second Thursday of every month at 6 & 9pm PDT and on the following Sunday at 6am PDT.
Doug is a founding member of the ’70s and ’80s synthpop bands Invisible Zoo, Moebius and LEM and was the publisher and editor of the electronic music/synthesizer magazine, Synapse.
Follow Doug Lynner on Twitter. He is @synthesizerman.

My interview with synth pioneer Larry Fast, postponed earlier this month due to a station software glitch, will air this Thursday, 4/30/09 at 6pm and 9pm on Flashback Alternatives, an Internet radio station.
Larry is well known for his synthesizer project, Synergy, and his 10-year stint with Peter Gabriel.
Learn more about Larry at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Fast and http://synergy-emusic.com/
Don’t just listen, come by the station web site and sign in to the Tag (chat) Board to talk with me and other listeners during the show.
A final repeat of the show airs on 5/3/09 at 6am PDT.
